Refund Policy

We at Pestmed India strive to provide the best possible pest control services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is required. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for our website users.

 

Refund eligibility:

a) The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the service date.

b) The refund request must be made in writing, via email or letter, and must include a valid reason for the refund request.

c) We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the service has already been started, and/or the request is made after the 7-day period.

 

Refund process:

a) Once the refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days.

b) The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the original payment method was cash, the refund will be credited to the bank account of the registered user.

c) Any applicable taxes or fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

d) The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

 

Cancellation policy:

a) In the event that the client needs to cancel the service, the cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

b) If the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

c) If the cancellation request is made after the service has been initiated, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

 

Non-refundable services:

a) We do not offer refunds for any one-time services or inspection fees.

b) Annual maintenance contracts are non-refundable after the service has been initiated.

c) The total charges for the Services are specified in the signed Service Order. The customer agrees that once the charges have been paid, any refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis and based on merit. Furthermore, such a refund must be made after deducting any processing fees and taxes if applicable.

 

Changes to this policy:

a) We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

b) Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the date of the last update will be listed.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above or if the request does not meet our refund policy terms and conditions.
